** New construction home nearing completion and Accents & Interiors came through for my builder in a big way! We needed some blinds to provide screening but also allow light in. Thank you, Sarah, for your rapid response, willingness to come on-site to meet with me and bring samples. You listened to what we needed and presented us with a few options but not too many. We opted for a Hunter Douglas product 'top down bottom up'. It was easy to make a selection after you provided us with cost estimates in less than a day! Turn-around time was as estimated (less actually, about 10 days all-in) and the install went flawlessly. They're gorgeous and well worth the investment to provide a little buffer while still allowing sunlight and gorgeous tree tops in. The house shows great! I highly recommend working with Accents & Interiors.

** Excellent customer service, and we were not even their customers!!!
We got our Norman blinds trough a company that is now closed, we tried to reach out to Norman representatives several times because we are still inside our warranty window with no luck. We took one of our broken blinds to another shop to be fixed even though we had to pay, and they couldn't because they needed a part from Norman and were not able to contact them either. My last intent was with Window Select, I contacted Joni Greenbaum, explained to hear our situation and she was kind and helpful. She was able to contact Norman and work our warranty with them, our blinds arrived with no charge. Thank you so much for caring!
